But before you make any assumptions, this does not clear up everything. Some questions still need to be answered: with some of the episodes in 2012 and some in 2013, will the Christmas Special be shown in the middle of the series? And will Episode Specials (like the ones in 2009) be broadcast up until Series Seven starts?

The Adventure Games Series Two News
Hello. The next series of the popular Adventure Games, starring Matt Smith as the Doctor and Karen Gillan as Amy Pond, were announced in December last year. Since then, we have had no news on them, due to the business of series Six, but at last we have some news. Three Twitter updates were the first pieces of news we received on them:
> The Adventure Game will be the biggest and most ambitious yet
> The costumes and sets are 'beautiful' according to the Doctor himself
> Matt Smith thinks one of the lines is: "Brilliant!" And that you could only get a line like that in Doctor Who
> The trailers are unique and try to do something that has never been done in the history of Doctor Who
> Toby Robinson, the recording engineer thinks the trailers are 'magical'
> Matt says: "If you think [AGMGTW] was good, just wait for Episode 8... you're in for a treat!"
> The Adventure Game is written by Phil Ford (the writer of City of the Daleks, Blood of the Cybermen and Shadows of the Vashta Nerada)
As mentioned earlier, the Game should be coming out very soon. All trailers, clips and interviews will be posted here. Plus, as an extra bonus, you can expect five Who Reviews:
Just back from day in studio with Matt Smith recording the next Doctor Who Adventure Game. His lines include words 'Imperial' & 'duck'.
Matt's performance is alive with energy. Hook him up to national grid and he could power the UK for a fortnight. Will be best Ad Game yet.
Then, the BBC posted an article on Matt recording the lines for the fifth Game in the complete series. You can find it here, but the main elements of the article are below:A report on today's Doctor Who Adventure Game recording (plus some v special exclusives!) will materialise next week on [the official Doctor Who website].

Torchwood Miracle Day: The New World Synopsis
Hello. The synopsis for the first episode of Miracle Day has been released by the BBC. You can read it below:
One day, nobody dies. All across the world, nobody dies. And then the next day, and the next, and the next, people keep ageing – they get hurt and sick, but they never die. The result: a population boom, overnight.
With all the extra people, resources are finite. It’s said that in four month’s time, the human race will cease to be viable. But this can’t be a natural event – someone’s got to be behind it. It’s a race against time as CIA agent Rex Matheson investigates a global conspiracy. The answers lie within an old, secret British institute. As Rex keeps asking: “What is Torchwood?”, he’s drawn into a world of adventure, and a threat to change what it means to be human … for ever.
In the launch episode of Torchwood: Miracle Day, Agent Rex Matheson is impaled in a car crash and miraculously survives, while his analyst, Esther Drummond, sets out to discover what Torchwood is.
Far away, in Wales, Gwen Cooper lives in hiding with her husband Rhys and daughter Anwen – she’s the last surviving Torchwood member and is determined to stay hidden.
In Kentucky, convicted murderer Oswald Danes survives his own execution. And when Esther meets the mysterious Captain Jack Harkness, assassins are activated to kill them all…The New World will broadcast on the 14th July at 9:00 pm. The series will continue for 10 weeks, each episode on a Thursday.

Doctor Who Series Seven Update
Hello. Doctor Who Series Seven is supposed to broadcast in 2011... but will it? Danny Cohen, the BBC1 Controller, announced the news to the audience at the 2011 Church and Media Conference. One of the attendees at the conference tweeted:
"Danny Cohen says there won't be a full series of Doctor Who in 2012, but a special run for the anniversary in 2013."
Then, later that day, Lizo Mzimba, a news reporter, tweeted:
"Bit of confusion, to summarise: no FULL 13 episode series of Dr Who in 2012. So some episodes will still go out in 2012. Remainder in 2013."

Also, Steven Moffat tweeted this about the subject of Series Seven:
"Misquotes and misunderstandings. But I'm not being bounced into announcing the cool stuff until we're ready. Hush, and patience."
Following on from this, Doctor Who Magazine said this about the matter:
"Doctor Who's future is safe and secure. And there is 'cool stuff' on the way, according to Steven Moffat. We can definitely vouch for that."
Finally, Sam Hodges from the BBC tweeted:
"Situation stays the same - 14 episodes commisioned, starting in 2012. How they will play out will be revealed at a later date."
